Wow! I was really touched by your sweet comments and welcome back to blogging
I didn’t know if I should expect cricket chirps if I posted again!
It rained ever so slightly in the past 2 days…OH man, nothing compared to Boston!
On Wednesday night, I went with my mom and stepdad to see Up in the Air, the new George Clooney flick. It was good, not too long, but a little slow if anything. There are still so many movies I want to see before I leave: Sherlock Holmes, Avatar, It’s Complicated…I gotta get to work on that!
After the movie, my stepdad kindly drove me to pick up sushi! I don’t get take out or go out to eat very much in Boston, so it’s basically all I want to do while I’m home
My roommate recently introduced me to the Baked Salmon roll, omg it is soo amazing. It is so flavorful and rich, I definitely only need one roll to fill up.
I don’t, however, know what the weird, sawdust stuff they put on top is..??
Steamed veggies.
Standard breakfast: oatmeal, granola, banana, PB.
I think we can all agree that there is another Caroline whose food creation, artistry and skill FAR surpass my own!! She made a faux-BLT the other day, and I’m not ashamed to admit I’ve been thinking about it for the past 3 days
Her secret weapon: hummus!!
HBLT with hummus, turkey bacon, lettuce and tomato- so.good.
Popchips on the side courtesy of the wonderful Popchips people, my favorite flavor- bbq!
It was nice to eat at home after going out the past few nights. I had to make my Last Supper of 09 a good one!!
Grilled chicken, steamed Brussels, SP fries.
Dessert was to-die amazing…Momz and I picked up fancy baked goods from Bristol Farms- a lemon cupcake and triple chocolate cake, I had a third of each…
UM…no words.
I hope you had a festive, fun and safe New Year’s Eve!! Wee, I can’t believe it’s 2010, so crazy. I’m so, so happy I have this blog to chronicle all the ups and downs of 2009, as well as all the new friends I’ve made through blogging
Have a good one friends!

I can never get enough of the bbq popchips, they are my favorite. I think my movie list is the same as yours. I’ve been slacking on the movie department lately.

Hummus on a BLT? Yum, I definitely think that is “think about for 3 days” worthy.
Am I the only blogger that hasn’t tried Pop Chips? Did try Yogi chips over the holidays in Arizona. So good. Must find in Nashville.
Where’s the Fro-Yo????
