That is how I felt when I woke up this morning! I wore my retainer last night, SHWEEET I know!! For the first time in a while…and ooh my teeth were kinda hurtin’ this AM! Gotta keep em on the straight on the narrow. (HA has anyone heard the Dane Cook skit where he talks about the girl’s teeth!?)

I met my little study buddies at school for a quick study sesh- I stopped at Starbizzle to get a SKV (Skinny Vanilla Latte 
) She made an extra vanilla latte, and just gave it to me…so I brought it for my stud. bud. who was v. appreciate, yay random act of (free) kindness!
L: Grilled Flat-out (I’m running low from my Erin stash 
carrots, BBQ soy crisps.
More studying, bah humbug! I tried my new Kashi soft-baked bars that Andrea sent me coupons for! Yum, I heated it in the micro, as it is known to improve the taste of any bar! Worked like a charm- these are the new, hipster style of Nutri-grains I guess!?
Studying = hunger.
After studying slash watching OC Housewives…this one was kind of emotional, no?? I really love Gretchen she is a funny chick. Momma came home and we went to get our nails done!!!! OMG I was so pumped- I haven’t gotten a pedicure since….yep, can’t remember. It was all scrubby and massage-y and wonderful. My color of choice was: Oui Bit of Red….and I will spare you feet pictures in respect of food blog-dom and many people’s aversion to feet. Your welcome.

Ok retainer story: I used to wear mine religiously but then I would wake up and it would be no where to be found. Turns out I would wake up in the middle of the night (unbeknown to me), take it out of my mouth, and toss it far, far away from me! Needless to say, I can’t find it now!

Ha, I haven’t worn my retainer is a super long time either … sometimes i like that “ouch” feeling (weird, I know) but I’m not sure i could even get my retainer on anymore :s and I’m not sure I know where it is either, lol.

Thank you for no feet pics! I’ll admit it, I hate seeing other people’s feet, it grosses me out. And I don’t like when people wear open-toed shoes and most especially flip-flops (I think flip-flops look sloppy). I know it’s weird!
Are you able to get that mighty maple at the store? I can only find the dark chocolate where I am!

I just gave up on my retainers…don’t do it. Keep those beautiful teeth straight. When mine were sore after getting braces tightened or wearing my retainers, it always helped ease the pain to chew on something tough. Wasn’t easy, but the pain went away quicker. Gum maybe?
I love a good pedicure. I always have to keep my nails really short for work, but I love pretty toes – even in the winter when they’re all covered up. It’s like my own little secret.
You always have the most beautiful flowers in your pictures. Love that.

I have invisalign, but I never wear em’ b/c they hurt my mouth so much – not fun!
